Security Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement & maintain security policies and procedures to meet required codes & regulations
• Oversee Company's security guards on all security matters and ad hoc projects assigned

Section Head(Test Manufacturing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To lead and supervise a group of Executives / Production supervisors in Assembly or Test Operation in achieving output, quality and cycle time goals.
• To plan and coordinate with Production Line for line improvement, on-time-delivery and meeting department goals / objectives.
• To ensure adherence to procedures set and line discipline are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Business Administration / Operation Management or any other related discipline

EQUIPMENT ENGINEER(Test)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To improve overall test equipment performance - MUBA (Mean Unit Between Assist) by studying the equipment performance and work together with internal related groups and equipments vendors.
• Understand and carry out process control through SPC and CPK control and verification.
• To carry out further process optimization through DOE and machine capability study.
• Verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause and remedy.
• Responsible to reduce equipments downtime goal with suggestions and improvement to equipments.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
• Equip with knowledge in Analog & Digital tester and Gravity Feed / Tarred / Tray handler.
• Skills in OEE Methodology will be added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in semiconductor back-end test environment.
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER(Facgtory Planning / Capacity Planning)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and maintain factory planning database.
• Design and plan the plant layout plans.
• Line planning (floor space) for any ramp up to meet customers' demand.
• Coordinate factory expansion and new building.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Industrial Engineering field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent. Job role in Industrial/Production Engineer or equivalent.
DESIGN ENGINEERS(Wafer Bumping)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Photomask and Stencil Design for Wafer Bumping.
• Tooling management e.g. Database Management and etc.
• Communicate with supplier and customer to understand design requirements and support in NRE (Non Recurring Engineering) within the expected timeline.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferable for those who have design knowledge e.g. Autocad.
• Those who have knowledge in TS16949 will be an added advantage.

Store Keepers / Store Helpers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure enough headcount to support the store activities.
• Ensure direct, indirect and consign materials inventory control system in place.
• Ensure all sub stores area clean and practice 5S activities.
• Maintain inventory record and tally through weekly and monthly report.
• Study in existing work flow to improve on the quality and cost saving.
• Study in inventory list and come out with list of materials need to control, i.e. reject or expired materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate or SPM with 2 years' experience in similar job responsibility.
• Knowledge in storekeeping and inventory control. Manage to control manpower and materials in supporting production.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Possess positive working attitude, high level of commitment, integrity and independent.
Packers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Split the lot to fulfill the quantity required as stated in pick slip
• Scan every shipment into system and generate invoice number
• Print checklist and labels required for the shipment
• Check and pack the shipment
• Keeping the incoming lots to the rack and key the rack location into the system
• Check inventory and do cycle count weekly
• Load shipment into the truck
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum STPM or
• SPM with 2 years working experience (preferably in related functions)
