Chye Hock Ang, Group COO and Executive Director

Chye Hock Ang brings more than 25 years of experience in the electrical and electronic industry. In 2001 and 2002, Ang was appointed as chief operating officer and executive director of the board of Unisem, respectively.
 
Prior to joining Unisem in 2001, Ang was in Singapore for 16 years, acting as general manager at Magnetic Data Technologies, Wizard Multimedia and Applied Magnetics Singapore Pte Ltd.
 
Ang began his career with Motorola Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where he was a process engineer, chief engineer, engineering manager and product manager. While at Motorola, one of Ang's biggest responsibilities was starting a new factory in Seremban, where he was responsible for all factory operations and over 2,000 employees.
 
Ang holds a bachelor's degree in electronics (honors) from Salford University, England. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Kim Heng Tan is the senior vice president of technology and materials for Unisem Group. Tan first joined Unisem in 2003 as the vice president of Engineering. In 2005, Tan relocated to China to start up Unisem's Chengdu factory and served as President/COO until 2011. Tan has over 33 years experience in the semiconductor assembly and test industry.
 
Prior to joining Unisem, Tan began his career at Motorola Malaysia serving in a variety of roles including process engineer, engineering section chief, engineering manager, senior member of technical Staff, responsible for the engineering function for Asian factories for Motorola's Semiconductor Sector. Leading the Six Sigma program for Motorola Malaysia, Tan was certified Six Sigma Black Belt and was admitted to the Motorola Corporate Science Advisory Board (SABA) in 1999.

Swee Eng Goh is responsible for all group finance and accounting functions, including tax, treasury operations, risk management and development of internal audits.
 
Goh is a fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
 
Prior to joining Unisem in 2008, Goh spent 5 years in one of the Big 4 international accounting firms and 7 years in private practice with a conglomerate public listed company in Singapore and its public listed subsidiary in Malaysia where he held various regional and senior managerial positions in internal audit, supply chain management, corporate services and business risks and control.

Mike McKerreghan is responsible for major group wide projects such as strategic sourcing strategies, partnerships and review of merger and acquisition activities. Additionally McKerreghan serves on the board of PT Unisem as a commissioner.
 
McKerreghan has played an active role in establishing many industry-leading companies. Prior to Unisem, McKerreghan was one of the two original founders of ETC Flextronics International, the first independent test lab (ITL) to be established in a Taiwan Free Trade Zone, which was acquired by Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) in 1990, and is now known as ASE Test.
 
Before founding ETC Flextronics, McKerreghan held senior positions at Environmental Processing Inc (EPI), Interlek / Dynetics, Mostek and Texas Instruments.

Mike Griffin was appointed as Unisem Group's vice president of business development and marketing in 2008. Griffin's primary responsibilities are to lead the worldwide business development team and oversee all marketing activities. Griffin first joined Unisem in 2007 as region head for North America.
