Our Thin Quad Flat Package (TQFP) is designed for lightweight, portable electronics that require broad performance characteristics. The TQFP can be found in laptop computers, PC's, disk drives, office equipment, A/V products and wireless communication products. It is available in 32 to 128 lead counts, in 1.0mm package thickness.
