Mr. Lee brings more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor packaging and test business. Prior to joining Unisem, Mr. Lee was the President of UTAC, Advanced Wafer Level Interconnects. During his years with UTAC between2001 to 2011, he held various positions as Vice President, Quality and Research & Development, Vice President of UTAC Operations, and President of UTAC Singapore operations and President of UTAC Shanghai operations concurrently.
Mr. Lee began his career at Texas Instruments, Singapore in 1980 as an automation engineer. He held various managerial and engineering positions in Texas Instruments Singapore from 1980 to 1986. Mr. Lee subsequently joined National Semiconductor, Singapore in 1986 and held various positions in research & development, purchasing & logistics and finally as operations manager.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Singapore.
Mr. Tan has over 33 years experience in the semiconductor assembly and test industry. He began his career at Motorola Malaysia and worked with various Motorola Semiconductor Sector entities in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, Tianjin (the People’s Republic of China) and Sendai (Japan) serving as Senior Member of Technical Staff responsible for the engineering and equipment function. Leading the Six Sigma program for Motorola Malaysia, Mr. Tan was certified Six Sigma Black Belt and was admitted to the Motorola Corporate Science Advisory Board (SABA) in 1999. Prior to joining Unisem, Mr. Tan was a Vice President, Engineering of ST Assembly Test Services Ltd. in Singapore.
Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (2nd Class Upper) in mechanical engineering from University of Malaya.
He holds a Diploma in Accounting and a Diploma in Costing from London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr. Ho holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic, a Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of East Asia, Macau.
Mr. Quek holds a Diploma in Automotive Engineering in Malaysia and passed the certification from Institute of the Motor industry (London).
Mr. McKerreghan attended Stephen F. Austin State College in 1964 and East Texas State College in 1965.
Mr. Chai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Physics from National University of Malaysia.
